TraderGK sells a digital product — an educational market-research access pass that is delivered instantly. This policy explains when refunds are available. We want every customer to be treated fairly.
Full refund for unused keys within 14 days. If you have not activated or used your access key, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked.
Access is sold as a fixed 7-day pass for $500 USD, delivered immediately as a single access key that unlocks educational content. Because the content is digital and available the moment your key is activated, the rules below apply.
If your key has not been activated, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Simply contact us with your order details.
Once your access key has been activated or used, the educational content has been delivered and accessed, and the purchase is non-refundable. Access is for information, not for investment results, and refunds are not granted based on market outcomes or trading performance.

If you were charged in error, charged more than once, or a technical fault prevented you from accessing the Service, contact us and we will investigate and make it right, including a full refund where appropriate.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we resolve almost everything quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your access being revoked, and fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed.
