These Terms govern your access to and use of TraderGK at tradergk.com (the “Service”). By accessing the Service or purchasing access, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
TraderGK (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates tradergk.com, an educational market-research website that teaches relative-strength and sector-rotation analysis of publicly traded US stocks and exchange-traded funds (ETFs).
TraderGK provides access to an educational, web-based market-research dashboard. It illustrates an analytical methodology in real time using worked teaching examples, relative-strength rankings, and sector studies based on publicly available market price data. Access is sold as a fixed 7-day pass for $500 USD, delivered as a single access key. Access is a one-time purchase — it does not auto-renew, and no payment credentials are stored.
All content is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice, and not a recommendation, endorsement, or solicitation to buy or sell any security, asset, or financial product.
Example setups, levels, and rankings are illustrations of the methodology — teaching examples, not instructions to trade. They are not personalized to your circumstances.
We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner, and no advisory relationship is created by your use of the Service. Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including loss of capital. Information may be based on closing or delayed prices and can be wrong. Any results shown are hypothetical or historical and do not guarantee future outcomes. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, position sizing, and risk management. Consult a licensed professional before making any financial decision.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the content for your own educational use during the validity of your access pass. One key is for one individual user.
Card payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our Merchant of Record and handles billing, receipts, and applicable sales taxes. Your card details are handled by Lemon Squeezy and are never received or stored by us. Crypto payments, where offered, are processed by a third-party payment processor. All prices are in US Dollars. All software, text, data presentations, layouts, and design comprising the Service are owned by TraderGK or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted to you except the limited access license described above.
You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, to interfere with or disrupt the Service, to reverse-engineer it, to resell or commercialize the content, or to use the content to provide financial advice or services to third parties.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Data is derived from third-party public sources and may contain errors, omissions, delays, or interruptions. We do not warrant that the Service will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TraderGK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading or investment losses, loss of profits, or loss of data, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your most recent access pass.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TraderGK from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or revoke your access, without refund, if you breach these Terms — including, without limitation, sharing or reselling an access key.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect when posted, indicated by the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at that location.
